How to Import Your WhatsApp Contacts Into Your Tuagye Shop

What is the contact import feature?
The contact import tool connects your WhatsApp to your Tuagye shop and brings in your contacts and group members as your audience. Once imported you can send them a direct message about your shop — not a status post competing with everyone else, but a real message that lands on their phone.
The people in your WhatsApp already trust you. That trust makes them dramatically more likely to buy from you than a stranger who finds your listing by accident.
How to set it up
Open your Tuagye app. Go to the Shop tab and tap Marketing, then Audience, then Import Contacts.
A pairing code will appear on your screen. Open WhatsApp, go to Settings, then Linked Devices, then Link with Phone Number. Type the code exactly as it appears.
Your contacts and groups will load. Everything is selected by default — remove anyone you do not want to include. When you are ready, tap Import.
That is it. Your audience is saved and ready.
What happens after import?
Your imported contacts become your shop audience inside Tuagye. In the next video you will see how to send all of them a message about your shop in one tap — with your website link, your shop name, and a way to buy safely through escrow.
You can add more contacts any time by running the import again. New contacts merge with your existing audience without creating duplicates.
How long is this free?
The contact import and the SMS campaigns that follow are free until the end of June as part of Tuagye's seller welcome package. New sellers who join also get this free for their first week.
After June it is included in subscriptions from GHS 99 per month.
